Alternative Health Care Debate

Many people are polarized on alternative health care debate. They were very kind to or actually oppose it. On the one hand, there are those who stand with tradition entirely and would not compromise. They believe that normal medical health is the highest level that the treatment of disease has ever achieved. They do not believe in alternative health care at all, see it as unscientific and may not be useful as well.

On the other hand, there is an alternative health fanatic. I know some people who would only use holistic health care and nothing else. They will not even take prescription drugs if they believe that they can get better with herbs. They believe that science can be exaggerated and that some things can not be measured in numbers.

I always try to avoid both extremes in my own practice. I have had some great success with alternative health, and certainly will not give up. On the other hand, I think science is very valuable. Traditional Western medicine has done many great things for us. This has brought us a new understanding of the physical body, drugs are very good and treatment options, scan remarkable that allows us to see into the body, and many other useful technologies. To get rid of all that is based on vague belief in the power of herbs is stupid.

That’s why I use the second alternative healing and traditional medicine. I think that improving the diet and health supplements can do great things for you, and often a better solution than expensive drugs with side effects. If you do not treat something that is severe and acute, you do not have to put much pressure on your body during treatment. If no cure could be worse than the disease. Using herbal remedies to remove the need to strain your body with the introduction of antibiotics and things like that into it.

On the other hand, I want to keep traditional medicine as an option. Sometimes, things are really bad and you just need a pretty strong treatment. You may not want to start with an operation or even prescription drugs, but may come to that in the end. This is why I always viewed free treatment as the best approach. This allows you to use both Western and Eastern medicine, combining the best of both worlds. After all, the tools you have, the options you have for treatment.
